Led by the Head of Consulting. Manages strategy, business advisory, monitoring and evaluation, research, organisational capacity development, and institutional transformation assignments.
Led by the Programme Manager. Manages project planning, implementation coordination, quality assurance, UAT, documentation, training, and client success across all mandates.
Led by the Business Development Manager. Manages business development, proposal coordination, marketing, communications, client relationships, and SaaS product growth.
Led by the Finance Manager. Manages finance, accounting, administration, procurement, human resources, and compliance.
